Important Deadlines

	Deadline/Period for registration and document upload via T-cens	Deadline for arrival at the Global 30 office
Taking examinations for external testing center (TOEFL, IELTS, and GRE)	Before November 26, 2024
Online account registration via T-cens	November 22, 2024 (15:00 JST)
Online applications (Upload all required documents onto T-cens.)	Between September 1, 2024 (15:00 JST) and November 26, 2024 (15:00 JST)
Examination Fees payment	Upload a receipt of examination fee by November 26, 2024 (15:00 JST).
Submission of official score reports from external testing centers	Upload official score reports via T-cens: November26 2024 (15:00 JST).	December 12, 2024
Submission of all application documents via post		Shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit documents upon request. Required documents must reach the Global 30 office no later than January 24, 2025.

Japanese Language Skill

Japanese language skill is not required at the time of application. The School of Engineering offers Japanese language classes for international students to attend free of charge. Please refer to the website for more details on Japanese Language Class.

Scholarship
