The project assembled a free-form surface tensegrity structure on a two-dimensional plane. A robotic arm was used to cut laser thin stainless steel plates which were then welded together to produce a bag-like shape. The shapes were inated with hydraulic pressure and acted as compressive components when networked by stainless steel tension cables.99 Failures PavilionAfter the 1990s, a number of architectural experiments around the world were driven by both globalism and advancements in computing technology.
