Students who are admitted through special graduate programs for international students directly enter a master or doctoral program at the Graduate School of Engineering. The Graduate School of Engineering will recommend several select students who demonstrate outstanding merit to scholarship sponsors (including MEXT).Applicants to special graduate programs for international students must satisfy the following primary eligibility requirements;● Applicant must be a foreign national who is not a permanent resident of Japan.● A foreign national who does not currently reside in Japan.To enroll in the Graduate School of Engineering as a master or doctoral student, you are required to successfully pass an entrance examination conducted by each department.*In addition to the Special Graduate Programs shown above, an additional Special Graduate Program for students from Tsinghua University and Seoul National University (College of Engineering) is available.
